1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if the item meets the following conditions:
- Item must be unworn, unused, unwashed.
- Item must be in original packaging with tags intact.
- Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Invoice or order number must be available for verification.
Non-Returnable Items
- Innerwear
- Accessories (if hygiene-related)
- Customized or personalised items
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale
2. Reasons Accepted for Returns
Returns are accepted in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Size mismatch
- Manufacturing defect
- Damaged product received
- Product differs from description or images
Proof such as photos or videos may be requested.
3. Return Process
- Submit a return request through email, WhatsApp, or website form.
- Provide order ID, reason for return, and images if applicable.
- Our team will confirm eligibility within 2–3 working days.
- Pickup will be arranged through our courier partner.
- Product will be inspected after it reaches our warehouse.
If the item fails quality checks, the return will be rejected and the product will be sent back to you.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only after the returned item passes inspection.
Refund mode depends on how the payment was made:
- Online Payment (UPI/Card/Net Banking):
Refund to original payment method within 5–7 working days. - Cash on Delivery Orders:
Refund via bank transfer or store credit within 5–7 working days after approval.
Non-Refundable Charges
- Shipping fees
- COD charges
- Reverse pickup charges (if applicable)
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for:
- Size exchange
- Replacement for defective or damaged product
- Exchange for same model/product only
If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose store credit or refund (according to policy rules).
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- Refund will be processed within 3–5 working days for prepaid cancellations.
7. Products Damaged During Transit
If you receive a product that is damaged during delivery:
- Report within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Provide photos or videos of packaging and product.
- A replacement or refund will be issued based on evaluation.
8. Store Credit
If you choose store credit:
- Valid for 6 months from issue date.
- Can be used for purchasing any product from Luxuria.
